Job summary

ScaleHouse Talent in Springdale, AR is seeking an energetic Appointment Setter to drive outbound and inbound calls, qualify homeowners, and schedule appointments for Sales Representatives.

You will meet daily KPIs, handle objections with a high-energy phone presence, and be eligible for a compensation package including $20 per hour plus monthly bonuses, PTO, and optional overtime during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• Sales mindset: you ask for the appointment and close the call.
• Comfortable following a script and filling out forms accurately
• Motivated by performance pay and a consistent recent work history
• Appointment-setting, BDC, inside sales, or similar experience preferred
• Ability to submit to and pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners through warm leads — no cold prospecting from scratch
• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
• Qualify interested homeowners and schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs — dials per day, appointments set, demos issued, and quality scores
• Overcome objections and maintain a positive, high-energy presence on the phone
