Job summary

AAF International is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join its Commercial Operations team in Louisville, KY or Washington, NC. You will reach out to potential and existing customers by phone or email to increase sales, with aftermarket opportunities up to $10K.

The role emphasizes outbound calling, accurate Salesforce data updates, and collaboration with Customer Service to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Three (3) years’ prior outbound calling, telemarketing or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Prior CRM experience, Salesforce is preferred.
• Prior SAP experience and SAP proficiency is desired.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers based on Salesforce opportunities.
• Engage in friendly and professional conversation to convert opportunities into orders.
• Monitor and manage Aftermarket Sales Quotes up to $10K within territory.
• Keep Salesforce opportunities up to date with status, activities and close dates.
• Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance in calls.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and sales targets.
• Support accurate sales forecasting by updating opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve inside sales processes.
