Job summary

Labatt Food Service is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in our San Antonio office. The role focuses on servicing customer accounts and supporting outside Sales Representatives and Executives for major accounts.

You will help formulate proposals, maintain contract pricing, and generate weekly/monthly reports while collaborating with various departments and manufacturers to secure pricing and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills are required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook) is required.
• Experience in food & beverage or hospitality industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service customer accounts and support Labatt’s outside Sales Representatives and Sales Executives for major accounts.
• Assist in formulating proposals for prospective accounts and maintaining contract pricing.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports and support new accounts and projects implementation.
• Coordinate with various Labatt departments and manufacturers to source items, secure special pricing, ensure order fulfillment, and grow sales.
• Serve as a key contact for customers and Labatt Sales Representatives, handling administrative and analytical tasks.
