J.D. Crow & Associates in Clever, MO, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to cultivate new customers and support growth. You will respond to product inquiries, check stock and shipping dates, quote prices, process orders and build lasting customer relationships.

The ideal candidate is dependable, hard-working, organized and numbers-minded with solid knowledge of sales techniques and process. Strong listening and communication skills are essential; MS Word/Excel are required, QuickBooks

J.D. Crow & Associates has an immediate full-time opening for an Inside Sales Representative in Clever, MO. In this position your main duty would be to cultivate new customers. You will also play a critical role in the success of the business by responding to customer inquiries on our products, checking availability of stock and shipping dates, quoting prices, processing orders and building customer relationships.

The ideal applicant would be dependable, hard-working, organized, efficient, good with numbers and have a solid understanding of sales techniques, the sales process and have a goal-oriented mindset. Having both strong listening and communication skills is a must. Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel is required. QuickBooks experience is preferred.

Office hours are 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Hourly pay will be based on experience.

Health Insurance with a company paid portion as well as employer paid Dental, Vision & Life Insurance available after 90 days. A 90-day probation period is followed by reviews with potential performance & attendance-based raises.
