Job summary

Wolff Bros. Supply in Akron, OH, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage contractor accounts, consult on plumbing supplies, and keep local trade jobs moving.

The role focuses on building long-term relationships, delivering accurate pricing quotes, researching product availability, and collaborating with the internal plumbing team to ensure total customer satisfaction. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekly pay, paid training, and full benefits including

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service/phone experience.
• Solid understanding of plumbing products (HVAC/Electrical knowledge a plus).
• Strong organization, communication, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Build Relationships & Drive Sales: Develop long-term contractor accounts, follow up after sales to ensure repeat business, and work to meet and exceed branch sales goals.
• Provide Quotes & Research: Deliver accurate, timely pricing quotes by researching product availability, specs, and delivery dates using catalogs and vendor reps.
• Team Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the internal plumbing team to ensure total customer satisfaction, process orders/returns, and resolve account questions.
• Stay Ahead & Assist: Keep up-to-date on industry trends and product lines, provide ongoing post-sale support, and pitch in on other branch duties as assigned.

Compensation: Starts at $22 per hour (based on experience), plus quarterly bonus opportunity
