Job Summary

Inside sales position that delivers on revenue and attains sales goals primarily through outbound sales calls to Repair and Collision Shops. Develops and implements sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Generates new revenue-producing business via phone and virtual meetings. Educates customers on benefits of utilizing OEC’s suite of collision software platforms and services.

Note: Candidates must be local to the Austin, TX or Bee Cave, TX area as this is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive all aspects of the sales cycle from prospect identification to sale closure, including qualification, deal development, quotations, and contracting.
  • Make outbound calls and host virtual appointments to sell OEC's SaaS products and related services through a transactional and solution-based sales approach.
  • Assess territory using creative approaches and implement sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain a high level of customer activity with a tenacious, driven, and resilient spirit in attaining sales.
  • Work closely with Customer Success team to ensure newly enrolled customers are set up for success.
  • Develop relationships to sell to new prospects and maintain current relationships for package upgrades and add-on opportunities.
  • Respond to incoming requests for sales information, answer questions, and suggest OEC solutions that could lead to additional sales.
  • Create standard reports for assigned territory and products, providing insights on the selling environment, competition, marketing, and pricing.
  • Utilize OEC’s customer database (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) to maintain call records and validate customer information.
Education

A high-school diploma or equivalent GED is required.

Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role with proven results through outbound efforts.
  • Experience prospecting and making cold calls to potential clients.
  • Previous automotive industry or software sales experience is not required but highly desired.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships and manage territory.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Travel

Occasional travel may be required for industry events and meetings.
