A fast-growing proptech startup in Austin is seeking a growth-minded B2B marketer to lead demand generation efforts. You will work closely with the founding team to drive high-quality leads through innovative campaigns and content creation. This hybrid role offers autonomy and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
You'll own B2B demand generation at a fast-growing proptech startup. Drive MQLs, optimize funnels, and shape marketing strategy alongside founders and sales. Austin-based, hybrid role.
You're a B2B marketer who knows how to scale demand generation strategies with precision and creativity. You can run and optimize campaigns, write compelling case studies and emails, and come up with fresh ideas that actually drive leads. You're organized enough to manage conferences and field marketing efforts, and technical enough to scrub a database for ABM, work inside HubSpot, analyze CAC and LTV, and manage content in Webflow. You're fluent in spreadsheets and CRM tools, comfortable building and optimizing the funnel end to end. Most importantly, you work cross-functionally with sales, account management, and the broader marketing team to align on strategy, execute flawlessly, and generate real pipeline.

You'll be the quarterback of our B2B demand generation efforts, working directly with the founding team and sales org to drive high-quality marketing-qualified leads (MQLs). Expect autonomy, impact, and room to build. This isn't a "manage the agency" role. It's a roll-up-your-sleeves, write-the-copy, run-the-campaign, build-the-funnel kind of job.
