Job summary

Hyperion Solutions is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Administrator to join our Application Sales team in Memphis. The role supports customers by phone and written communications, handling orders and maintaining CRM records.

You will collaborate with Sales and Application Engineering, coordinate with Operations, and contribute to continuous improvement while leveraging MS Office and SAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in administrative support, customer service, or inside sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows OS (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a team and understand customer decision-making.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture customer relationships via regular sales communications.
• Create proposals and process sales orders per company policies.
• Organize technical documents and manage shared inboxes.
• Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.
• Pursue industry knowledge and participate in meetings.
