You will coordinate pickups, deliveries, and invoicing while maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer operational branch calls and take ownership of customer needs.
• Assist customers with pick-ups and deliveries; help walk-in customers when applicable.
• Complete outbound sales calls daily per assigned quota.
• Notate all calls in the rental system via electronic logs.
• Route trucks and maintain driver communication; schedule drivers.
• Schedule truck maintenance and complete invoicing.
• Prepare purchase orders and assist with project tasks.
• Maintain safe work environment and handle inquiries promptly.
