Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer branch calls and assist customers with needs and questions.
• Assist customers with pickups and deliveries and coordinate logistics.
• Complete outbound sales calls daily per assigned quota.
• Route trucks, schedule drivers and coordinate delivery windows.
• Prepare purchase orders and assist with invoicing and contract closeouts.
• Maintain accurate records and support shop and rental operations.
