Job summary

A Beep in Joliet, IL is seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative to handle calls and sales for new and existing accounts. The role includes order processing, data entry, and customer service tasks to support the Diga-Talk Plus network.

You will report to the Office Manager and work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, in a busy Joliet office. CRM experience and QuickBooks are a plus for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and general office tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
• Excellent phone demeanor and customer service skills.
• Able to multi-task in a busy office environment.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Diga-Talk Plus order processing, programming and order fulfillment.
• Data Entry and various tasks for our Diga-Talk Plus Network.
• Source new opportunities through follow-up and outbound calls and e-mails.
• Determining customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
• Packing and shipping light to medium weight items to meet deadlines for product delivery.
• Greeting visitors, answering phones, monitoring and responding to email.
• Assisting Sales Reps with quotations, estimates.
• General office support as assigned or requested.
