Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or office coordination — phone sales experience required.
• Confident, professional phone presence — you are comfortable with high outbound call volume
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail — you will manage multiple open files simultaneously
• Proficient in CRM systems and Google Workspace — full training provided on our platform
• Comfortable handling payment processing and basic financial transactions
• Able to work independently and manage competing priorities without close supervision
• Experience in roofing, construction, or home services a plus — not required.
