Honest Abe Roofing of Ann Arbor, MI is seeking an Inside Sales teammate who brings energy, organization, and a customer-first attitude. You will turn homeowner inquiries into roofing appointments and be the first point of contact from inquiry to project start.

You’ll respond quickly to leads by phone, text, and email; schedule qualified appointments for Roofing Advisors; follow up on unbooked opportunities; and keep CRM records accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or lead generation is helpful but attitude and initiative matter most.
• Strong communication and detail orientation are essential for managing follow-ups and documentation.

Responsibilities
