Job summary

Richards Building Supply in Loveland, CO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be the backbone of our customer relationships. You will advise contractors and professionals, process orders, and coordinate product transfers to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role offers a stable, full-time schedule (Monday–Friday) with strong pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits in a family-owned environment. You will help educate customers on promotions and industry trends while growing your sales

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, retail, or distribution.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office); CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; high customer service focus.
• Spanish language skills are a strong advantage but not required.
• Willingness to travel overnight (up to 10%).

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them find the right products for their projects.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions—phone or in-person—and ensure customers feel valued.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales reps to drive sales and resolve customer needs.
• Process orders, track inventory, and coordinate product transfers to meet demand.
• Educate customers on promotions, new products, and industry trends to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records, process payments, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Complete various administrative tasks.

$23 - $25 an hour

Compensation is based on knowledge of our business and years of experience.
