Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Loan Officer – Reverse Inside Sales who originates mortgages using the company’s leads, processes and technology. This position is under direct supervision from the sales managers and thus paid hourly in addition to commission.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service with borrowers through origination processing, disclosures, and adherence to underwriting standards, ensuring complete submissions to processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Minimum two years experience in Mortgage lending or related field.
• NMLS required. Active MLO licensing, required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and make calls based on leads using the company’s technology.
• Analyze credit report and financial scenario, determining appropriate loan product(s).
• Obtain executed disclosures within regulations time frame and submit to processing.
• Provide excellent customer service to borrowers through origination processing and communication.
