Esco Technologies Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to back a Healthcare sales team. You will support field sales with quotes, maintain the CRM, and coordinate onboarding materials.

You’ll drive lead generation, schedule customer engagements, and help manage trade shows and marketing campaigns. The role requires 2–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles, strong organizing skills, excellent communication, and initiative to learn a technical product line.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales, inside sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Self-starter with initiative and a willingness to learn a technical product line.

Responsibilities

Esco Technologies Inc. is looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our Healthcare sales team.

Job Description:

• Support the field sales team in building and managing customer quotes, coordinating with our factory and internal teams to gather pricing and technical information
• Manage and maintain the CRM system (RedDot), keeping opportunity records, pipeline data, and customer information accurate and up to date
• Coordinate customer onboarding documentation
• Handle cold outreach and lead generation activities to support the sales team's pipeline development
• Schedule and coordinate lunch-and-learn presentations, customer site visits, and meetings
• Plan and coordinate trade show participation including booth logistics, event kit preparation, marketing materials, and registration
• Manage marketing activities including social media coordination, email campaigns, and promotional content distribution
• Maintain and update the customer reference list, collecting success stories from the field and keeping account information current
• Support quote tracking and follow-up, monitoring open proposals and prompting reps before opportunities go cold
• Assist with order entry and internal handoffs once purchase orders are received

Ideal Candidate:

• 2–3 years of sales, inside sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers and prospects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). CRM experience a plus
• Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do next
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn a technical product line from the ground up
