Job summary

Revamped Home Security is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a fast-paced sales team, handling inbound and outbound calls, presenting ADT home security and smart-home solutions, and closing sales with residential and small-business customers.

You will receive comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing development, with uncapped commissions and weekly pay, plus a path to leadership roles in a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Inside sales or call center experience a plus.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results.
• Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with qualified leads.
• Present and sell ADT home security and smart-home solutions.
• Work with residential and small-business customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate security solutions.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience through consultative selling.
