Job summary

SwipeSimple is hiring to lead the inside sales team in Las Vegas. You will coach senior account executives, manage your own pipeline, and drive targets for SwipeSimple Connect—our combined payments and customer management software for small businesses.

You will onboard new reps, monitor performance, and provide concrete coaching on calls and demos. A strong background in high-volume inside sales and negotiation is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a fast-paced inside sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Hands-on cold outbound experience and ability to teach it.

Responsibilities

• Carry own pipeline and targets while coaching senior account executives on the sales floor.
• Onboard new reps during their first week and support them through a three-month ramp.
• Track each rep's activity and results; flag performance gaps and coach back to plan.
• Run call reviews and demo practice; provide same-day feedback on live calls.
• Step in to help with complex deals, objections, and negotiations to close.
• Maintain current deals, notes, and CRM data; help the team do the same.
• Share team results and pipeline updates with the head of inside sales.
• Suggest improvements to scripts, outreach plans, and lead handling.
• Bring merchant feedback to marketing and product teams.
