Job summary

SwipeSimple in Las Vegas is seeking a seasoned inside sales leader to help run the Las Vegas-based team. You will sell SwipeSimple Connect—our payments and customer-management platform—while coaching senior account executives to hit their numbers.

You will carry your own pipeline, onboard new reps, and manage ramp plans. Expect daily coaching on calls, performance reviews, and close collaboration with marketing and product to sharpen our offerings.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales experience.
• A record of hitting or beating targets in a high-activity inside sales role.
• Hands-on cold outbound experience. You can teach it and do it.
• Clear communication on the phone and in demos, plus solid negotiation skills
• Comfort with a CRM and pipeline reporting
• Good organization and attention to detail
• The ability to motivate other reps and give them direct, useful feedback
• A positive attitude and a habit of learning new tools and sales approaches quickly

Responsibilities

• Carry your own pipeline and sales targets while you coach the senior account executives around you on the sales floor.
• Help onboard new reps during their first week, then support them through their three-month ramp plan.
• Track each rep's daily activity and monthly results. When someone falls behind, flag it early to the head of inside sales and help the rep get back on track.
• Run call reviews and demo practice. Give specific feedback on live calls the same day.
• On complex deals, step in to help reps handle tough objections, negotiate terms, and close.
• Keep your own activity, deals, and customer notes current in the CRM, and help the team do the same.
• Share team results and pipeline updates with the head of inside sales.
• Suggest improvements to call scripts, outreach plans, and lead handling as you learn what works with each type of business.
• Bring what your team hears from merchants back to marketing and product.
• Follow the payments industry and our competitors so you and the reps can answer tough questions.
