Bron Tapes, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead a team of sales reps focused on outbound prospecting and account growth. This onsite role balances coaching with hands-on involvement in key accounts and cross-functional collaboration with outside sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in proactive inside sales, a track record of meeting targets, and strong coaching skills. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proactive/outbound inside sales in B2B/industrial distribution.
• 1–2 years in lead or supervisory capacity preferred.
• Proven track record of hitting outbound activity and revenue targets.
• Strong coaching skills for sales technique and prospecting discipline.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of inside sales reps focused on outbound calling and prospecting.
• Set and monitor daily/weekly outbound targets, quotes, and conversion metrics.
• Drive outbound campaigns (win-back, cross-sell/upsell, new account acquisition).
• Monitor KPIs: activity, pipeline, quote-to-order conversion, win rate.
• Collaborate with outside sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.
