Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and coach a 10–15 person team on the showroom floor in Streetsboro, OH. You will listen to calls, role‑play, and provide real-time coaching to drive performance and development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an inside sales or call center sales team.
• Strong understanding of the sales process.
• Passion for coaching and developing people.
• High-energy leadership style with the ability to motivate others.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and sales data.
• Working knowledge of Excel (PivotTables and VLOOKUPs a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 10-15 Inside Sales Representatives.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions focused on performance and development.
• Listen to live and recorded calls to identify coaching opportunities.
• Facilitate role-playing sessions to improve sales skills and closing techniques.
• Partner with Team Leads to drive daily performance.
• Train and onboard new sales team members.
• Analyze team performance metrics and identify trends or opportunities.
• Foster a positive, competitive, and high-energy sales culture.
• Motivate your team to consistently achieve and exceed goals.
