Broadata Communications, Inc. in Torrance, CA, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join a fast-paced technology company.

This hands-on role supports the VP of Sales and Director of Customer Operations, manages quotes, tracks orders, and coordinates with Production, Shipping, Engineering, and other teams to meet ship dates. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in sales, strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive attitude, CRM experience, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of proven excellence in sales development, inside sales, and sales roles.
• Knowledge of customer service principles, including needs assessment and meeting quality standards.
• Proactive, take-charge performer with initiative and bias for action.
• CRM experience is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).

Responsibilities

• Support VP of Sales and Director of Customer Operations with reporting, planning, and execution of sales and order-fulfillment priorities.
• Coordinate with Production, Shipping, Engineering and other departments to meet ship dates.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and drive growth.
• Lead or participate in the weekly demand meeting and track open orders and backorders.
• Assist in quoting, order entry, pricing verification, and delivery timelines.
• Support sales team with administration, proposals, and client communications.
