Life Protect 24/7 is seeking an Inside Sales Manager for the AM shift in Norfolk, VA. You will lead a 15-20 person inbound call center sales team, in a hybrid setting, driving performance and coaching to reach targets.

Responsibilities include enforcing quality standards, training staff, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting sales goals. Competitive pay with benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading a team in a call center environment.
• At least one year of experience leading a remote team.
• Experience in monitoring call quality, call queue, and coaching sales.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).

Life Protect 24/7 is an inbound sales call center searching for an exceptionally talented and motivated leader who develops and challenges their team to be leaders in sales. If this sounds like you, you are a great candidate for our Full Time Inbound Call Center Sales Manager position.

How do you do that?

You will lead a team of 15-20 team members in a positive atmosphere in a remote setting while working in office. Team members receive calls from diverse customers who have expressed interest in our product and service – a medical and security alert system that goes wherever you do. A service that helps rescue over 5,000 individuals every month.

The Inbound Call Center Sales Manager will serve as an active advocate for our company and its employees. The successful candidate will relay company goals, quality standards, and processes, and procedures to our team through servant leadership.

What you offer:
