Inside Sales Manager – Regional Leader
Slalom is seeking a dynamic and people-first Inside Sales Manager to lead a high-performing inside sales team supporting our sales growth across the East Region. This role is ideal for a strategic, collaborative leader who is energized by mentoring others, building strong cross-functional relationships, and driving measurable impact through sales excellence and AI-informed approaches.
As the Inside Sales Manager, you will oversee a regional team of Inside Sales Associates, partnering closely with sales, marketing, and alliance leaders to drive pipeline growth and conversion. You’ll set the tone for team culture, establish clear goals, and guide the execution of strategic sales campaigns that support both near-term wins and long-term account growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a regional inside sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and career development.
- Drive regional pipeline growth by aligning team efforts to market goals, key accounts, and sales priorities.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and alliance teams to design and execute strategic outbound and nurture campaigns using Outreach and Account-Based Marketing tactics.
- Monitor campaign performance and team activity, offering actionable insights and adjustments based on data and A/B testing.
- Ensure your team effectively qualifies leads, secures net new meetings, and delivers a world-class client experience.
- Champion the use of sales technology and tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, AI tools) to drive efficiency and results.
- Work closely with regional sales leaders to align team goals, forecast impact, and move opportunities forward.
- Track performance against KPIs and consistently meet or exceed team and individual metrics.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
- Travel as needed to support team development, training, and regional alignment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or a related role; 2+ years of direct team leadership preferred
- Proven success driving sales outcomes through outbound campaigns and team coaching
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and marketing automation platforms
- Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Thrives in a collaborative, people-first culture with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to travel to support team and market engagement

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the Inside Sales Manager position, the base salary pay range is $65-113,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
