Our client is seeking a forward thinking Inside Sales Manager to lead a high performing team selling merchant services, payment processing, POS systems, and merchant solutions. This role is suited for a sales leader with experience driving change, improving team operations, and building a culture of accountability, adaptability, and growth. The Inside Sales Manager will help reimagine how the sales team operates by introducing new ideas, challenging existing workflows, and using data to improve performance.

What You Will Do

• Lead and inspire an inside sales team focused on payment processing, POS systems, and merchant solutions.
• Champion sales team change initiatives, including new tools, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead through ambiguity while keeping the team focused on results.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

What You Bring

• 5 or more years of inside sales experience, including 2 or more years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing inside sales representatives selling merchant services.
• Proven track record leading successful change initiatives or sales transformations.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, ISO and MSP models, and B2B sales cycles.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
• Strong communication, coaching, and strategic thinking skills.
