Responsabilidades

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate territory sales managers for further development and closure.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Track customer inquiries and update sales, technical, and/or lab team on issues.
• Coordinate scheduling and order promotional materials for conventions, site visits, etc.
• Provide information from the plant and sales team to the corporate marketing team, who will handle posting on social media.
• Assist with sales and technical department administrative tasks.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate demo days, and arrange travel details.
• Work within the CRM.
• Perform other support tasks as needed.

This role will perform a variety of inside sales and business development tasks in support of the sales team. These tasks will include, but not be limited to; following up on leads, sourcing new sales opportunities, tracking customer inquiries, answering and returning phone calls, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel plans, and scheduling technical department demos.
