Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a detail-oriented sales support professional to assist inquiry analysis, manage quotations, samples, logistics coordination and sales reporting. This role interfaces with logistics, plants, and customers to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics components industry.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in computer/office software; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and proactive attitude, with ability to respond quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales with inquiry analysis and manage the quotation process in the system.
• Create and manage sample orders, track status, and coordinate with logistics and plants on delivery-related matters.
• Manage the design registration data collection, analysis, and system maintenance.
• Support sales in preparing business reports (e.g., POS, POA, backlog).
• Provide logistical support for sales meetings and handle general office administration tasks.
