Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to coordinate between Product Management, Customer Service and Factory Operations. You will ensure accurate product data, support demand and inventory planning, and drive cross-functional communication to maintain availability and customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on ERP master data, BOMs, lead times, and collaboration across manufacturing and supply chain teams, with emphasis on data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business/ops/science or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years in ops, supply chain, product support, or manufacturing coordination.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective cross-functional communication.
  • Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain processes helpful.
  • Advanced Excel or data analysis skills desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Product Management, Customer Service, and factory operations.
  • Support execution of product-related initiatives within manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Monitor and communicate metrics like product availability, backlog, and lead times.
  • Support pricing analysis and contribute to decisions.
  • Assist in managing aged, excess, or obsolete inventory.
  • Maintain ERP master data accuracy (configurations, lead times, BOMs).
  • Support demand planning, forecasting inputs, and inventory parameter maintenance.
  • Coordinate RGA/RMA activities and assist with product quality issues.
  • Track manufacturing lead times and flag delivery impact changes.
  • Support planning adjustments based on supply constraints.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

Position Summary

The Operations Support Specialist provides operational coordination between Product Management, Customer Service, and Factory Operations. This role ensures accurate product data, supports demand and inventory planning processes, and facilitates cross-functional communication to maintain product availability and customer satisfaction. The position acts as a key link between product strategy and operational execution within the manufacturing environment.

About Your Role
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Product Management, Customer Service, and factory operations.

  • Support pricing analysis and contribute to decision-making processes.

  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of ERP master data, including product configurations, lead times, and bills of materials.
  • Support demand planning activities, including forecasting inputs and inventory parameter maintenance.
  • Coordinate RGA/RMA activities and assist in the resolution of product quality issues.
  • Track manufacturing lead times and communicate any changes that may impact customer deliveries.
  • Support planning adjustments based on supply constraints or operational changes.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, product support, or manufacturing coordination.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain processes is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel or data analysis skills are desirable.
