Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking an entry-level Production Planner to support material flow, demand balancing, and on-time delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans, monitor inventory, and help improve planning processes using ERP/MRP data.

Ideal for recent graduates with strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and an interest in manufacturing operations. This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and growth within a global industrial company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of production plans based on demand forecasts and customer requirements.
  • Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages or delays.
  • Track production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or risks.
  • Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems related to planning and inventory.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Generate reports and KPIs related to production performance, inventory, and service levels.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process.

Job Summary

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
  • Experience through internships, residencies, or programs like University Challenge is a strong plus
