Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a Packaging Supervisor in Coahuila to plan and coordinate the packaging strategy, ensuring timely material collection from the warehouse and accurate order packaging. You will lead warehouse teams, oversee daily operations, support traffic and quality, and drive 6S standards while collaborating with internal functions to meet customer demand.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 2-3 years of similar experience, fluent English, and strong analytical and communication

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and supervise operational teams (pickers and packers).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on daily and weekly packaging plans to meet customer demand.
• Manage and supervise warehouse personnel (pickers and packers).
• Coordinate special customer or internal requests.
• Create deliveries and ensure proper system execution.
• Provide support to traffic and quality departments.
• Ensure compliance with 6S standards in packaging areas and aisles.
• Monitor order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate shipment.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and audits as required.

Position Summary:

Plan and coordinate the packaging strategy to ensure timely material collection from the warehouse and proper packaging of customer orders. Manage workforce to guarantee orders are delivered accurately and on time to the traffic team. Provide follow-up on CSR requests and ensure smooth daily operations within the packaging area.
