Bron Tapes in Denver, CO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our onsite team. You will manage high-volume outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and support the sales cycle with quotes and product information, while collaborating with Marketing and the Outside Sales Team to ensure smooth transitions.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Inside Sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• At least one year of Inside Sales experience is required.
• High level of comfort with phone and virtual communication.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Quick, efficient computer skills and strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred
• CRM experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• High Volume outbound calls to introduce and grow our business.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Proactively identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and product information to customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Management to prepare customer-specific document requests.
• Track and manage sales activities using CRM, ensuring accurate records.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Team to manage account transitions and ensure continuity of service.
• Learn Bron Tapes catalog of products and tape applications.
• Other duties as assigned.
