Job summary

This Inside Sales Representative role at Bron Tapes is based onsite in Las Vegas, NV and focuses on maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while supporting transitions between inside and outside sales teams.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays highly organized, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service with proactive upselling and accurate quotes using our CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of Inside Sales experience required.
• High level of comfort with phone and virtual communication.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Quick, efficient computer skills and strong multi-tasking abilities.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• High volume outbound calls to introduce and grow business.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and product information to customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Management on documents (e.g., sell sheets).
• Track and manage sales activities in CRM, with accurate records.
• Collaborate closely with Outside Sales to ensure continuity of service.
• Learn Bron Tapes catalog and tape applications.
• Other duties as assigned.
