Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, business development, or consultative selling with measurable goals.
• 2+ years in sales leadership, team management, or coaching role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop sales professionals to achieve objectives.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling, outbound prospecting, qualification, and conversion.
• Experience managing sales metrics, analyzing results, and implementing productivity improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clear direction and feedback.
• CRM proficiency including activity tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision to the Future Client Development team.
• Set and reinforce sales goals, performance expectations, and productivity standards.
• Monitor outbound activity, response times, contact rates, appointment-setting, and conversion.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching to drive improvement.
• Hire, onboard, and develop team members; manage performance and progression.
• Ensure timely engagement of prospective clients across all lead channels and smooth handoffs to advisors.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM usage, reporting, and alignment with sales processes.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, Marketing, and partners to improve lead management and conversion outcomes.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Oversee daily operations including workload distribution and scheduling for the team.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
