Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Leader to drive pro-active selling activities and team leadership from its Denver area operation. You will coordinate with Outside Sales, Regional Manager, and customers to ensure timely quotes and strong follow-up.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, implementing sales/marketing plans, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through teamwork and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 3 years Inside Sales/Customer Service experience.
• Knowledge of PVC fittings or plumbing industry is a plus.
• Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inside Sales team and ensure proactive engagement in selling activities.
• Provide timely quotes, bids and follow-up to customers.
• Liaise with Outside Sales, Regional Manager and customers.
• Coach and lead staff; implement sales and marketing plans.
