Qualifications

• Prior experience leading outbound sales or SDR teams.
• Strong coaching and accountability mindset.
• Experience working in high-volume sales or call environments.
• Comfortable managing KPIs, activity metrics, and performance expectations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate teams while maintaining accountability.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Prior inside sales, SDR, or outbound sales experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales representatives.
• Monitor outbound activity, KPIs, and pipeline performance.
• Conduct team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance coaching sessions.
• Support reps with prospecting strategy, objection handling, and follow-up process.
• Drive accountability around daily activity metrics and sales goals.
