Job summary

All Things Metal Industries is seeking an Inside Sales & Lead Response Coordinator in Surprise, AZ. The role focuses on rapid lead response, qualification, CRM upkeep, and coordinating customer meetings to help close deals. You’ll support lead generation and ensure smooth hand-offs to sales and estimators.

The position emphasizes speed-to-lead, accurate proposals, and professional communication with clients, while enabling career growth within a family-owned, proven workplace.

Qualifications

• Recent schooling or 1-3 years in business development, sales support, estimating, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to analyze information and develop professional proposals and presentations.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for customer meetings and events.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics a plus).
• Experience preparing estimates, budgets, proposals, bids.
• Experience in construction, industrial services, engineering, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new inbound leads promptly to maximize conversion.
• Qualify incoming leads and route to appropriate salesperson or estimator.
• Log lead activity and response times in the CRM.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to advance proposals toward close.
• Coordinate pricing, scope, and contract terms for deal closure.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence to prevent stalled opportunities.
• Research prospective clients and market opportunities to build a qualified pipeline.
• Coordinate customer meetings, prep materials, and follow-up notes.
