ADP is seeking a Lead Generation Sales Representative to respond to inbound leads, qualify prospects, and conduct cold calls to drive opportunities. You will educate clients about ADP products and collaborate with a broad sales team in a structured, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• College degree is not mandatory but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities (QSOs) based on defined criteria.
• Reach or exceed daily quotas for dials, conversations, talk time and QSO production.
• Follow processes and use tools like Salesforce.com, Eloqua and related systems.
• Nurture relationships with ADP sales teams.
• Support Inside Sales and assist in the closing process.
