Goosehead Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Westlake, OH. No prior insurance experience is required; we’ll train you. You will handle pre-qualified leads, quote and close new business, and tailor insurance packages to fit client needs.

You’ll use Salesforce to manage relationships and is a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with strong earning potential. Licensing is provided and supported by Goosehead.

Qualifications

• No prior sales background required; training provided.
• Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with pre-qualified leads.
• Quote and close new business; tailor insurance packages to client needs.
• Manage leads and client relationships through Salesforce CRM.
• Advise clients on coverage options and build lasting relationships.
