Job summary

HTU is seeking a customer service associate to assist HVAC customers by phone and in-person at the Akron branch. You will learn products, understand customer needs, and recommend solutions while processing orders and scheduling deliveries.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment, with on-the-job training for HVAC basics and product knowledge.
