Job summary

Sandium Heating and Air Conditioning in San Jose, CA is seeking an entry-level HVAC service technician with a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude. You will perform estimates, address maintenance risks, and carry out system cleaning and warranty service under supervision.

This full-time role emphasizes learning to upsell indoor air quality products, adhere to safety standards, and deliver excellent customer service while developing your skills in residential HVAC.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited HVAC trade school or 1 year HVAC experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop upselling skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift, twist, bend, and carry 50 lbs.
• Residential HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces.
• Strong time management skills.

Requirements:
