NorthEast Electrical is seeking a Full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Woburn, MA. You will grow sales, take orders via phone, in person and our Digital Tools, and demonstrate our online ordering platform to customers.

In this role you will provide excellent customer service, manage stock and back orders, and participate in ongoing Digital Tools training. You will also engage in outreach to expand market share and support the counter as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 Year College or Vocational School preferred with emphasis on electrical and construction industry and/or equivalent knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and Website navigation.

Responsabilités

• Enter stock, special, direct and back orders as required.
• Provide customers with information and demonstration of our online solution for fast and easy ordering through our website.
• Responsible to participate in on-going training for Digital Tools.
• Utilize resources inside and outside the company to assist in closing sales and providing service.
• Participate in processes and programs aimed at promoting our digital tools to enhance the customers buying experience.
• Perform outreach calls to new and existing customers to drive business and increase market share.
• Back up and provide assistance to the counter.
• Perform other duties as required or directed by Manager.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM

Salary: $28 to $31 per hour plus commission
