Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a sales support professional to help grow our Ohio market. You will prospect submarkets, support the sales team, and act as a key resource in resolving customer and billing issues while maintaining accurate quotes and product pricing.

Responsibilities include managing quote preparation in Salesforce, coordinating with logistics and outside sales, and providing excellent customer service while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or tech school.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn Salesforce.com and MS Office tools.
Team oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

Prospect from existing customer base.
Maintain and develop relationships with small and mid-level customers.
Manage and sell to low volume accounts.
Follow up on new accounts with company information and salesperson assignment/transition.
Cultivate relationships to transition to outside representatives as volumes increase.
Research and read specifications to determine products needed.
Estimate projects and establish product pricing using guidelines.
Prepare material quotes and assist in bidding process.
Provide general customer service and administrative support to sales and logistics teams.
Additional duties as directed by Supervisor.
