Job summary

Louisiana Cat is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for the Bossier City, LA location. The role focuses on increasing revenue, qualifying new customers, and delivering exceptional customer experience as the voice of the dealership.

The ISR will build relationships, manage accounts in CRM, and promote rental solutions while aligning with promotions and campaigns. A business or related field degree is highly preferred, with strong communication, organizational, and computer skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing and potential customers in the territory by strategic cold calling and business development.
• Establish customer relationships with you as a single point of contact.
• Qualify, maintain, and update customer account and asset information using CRM.
• Place open dialogue calls to assigned accounts (20+ per day).
• Learn and advise solutions for customers' business issues.
• Prospect/quote/sell rental machines.
• Generate leads for all company offerings.
