Job summary

Louisiana Cat is seeking an Inside Sales Representative at our Harvey, LA location. The role focuses on increasing customer satisfaction, identifying new customers, and growing revenue for the Sales Department.

The ISR acts as the voice of the dealership to customers and the customer to the dealership, ideal for someone transitioning from related sales sectors. The position emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge across rental offerings, and participation in promotions and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business experience.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing and potential customers in the territory through cold calling and business development.
• Serve as single point of contact for customers and manage accounts in the CRM.
• Qualify, maintain, and update customer information and assets in the system.
• Promote rental machines and cross-sell other Company offerings.
• Generate leads and communicate promotions and campaigns to customers.
