Job summary

Proconex in Royersford, PA is hiring entry-level Field Service Technicians to train and work on industrial control systems, valves, and pneumatic equipment in the field and at customer sites.

No prior experience is required; 3-4 month training is provided. You will learn valve assembly, diagnostics, commissioning, and safety protocols, with a Monday–Friday day shift and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or enrolled/graduated from a technical program).
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Ability to work independently in the field and with a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble control valves, regulators, and automated valve systems at Royersford facility and client sites.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations, calibration, and installation of industrial control systems.
• Troubleshoot and commission equipment at customer sites.
• Collaborate with experienced technicians, sales engineers, and customer service teams.
• Support skid assembly and mechanical equipment projects.
• Prioritize safety and maintain professional work standards.
