You will read drawings, interpret specifications, prepare quotes, and collaborate with sales, engineering, quality, and production to ensure projects fit the business. Strong communication and cost-estimation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial manufacturing, material sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools for records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Walk the routing steps of a sand casting process.
• Interpret tooling options for design, function, and cost.
• Interact with customers in person, by phone and email.
• Coordinate customer visits and respond to RFQ packages.
• Read and interpret customer drawings, 3D models, and specifications.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, quality and production teams.
• Estimate production costs and prepare quotations.
• Review purchase orders for alignment with quotations.
