Job summary

Granite City Electric Supply Co., Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Inside Sales professional to grow customer relationships for the largest independent electrical distributor in New England. The role focuses on electrical applications, Square D products, and Eclipse software with EPEC certification preferred.

The compensation includes a base pay of $31/hour and up, plus a monthly commission structure. Excellent benefits and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, some college or vocational school experience.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Previous Electrical Distribution experience preferred.
• Business, construction or electrical industry exposure.

Responsibilities

• Grow incremental account base and develop new accounts.
• Plan growth with Branch Manager and demonstrate strong sales skills.
• Coordinate with counter contractor sales, outside sales, and management on orders and quotations.
• Process inquiries, purchase orders, back orders, credits, and price changes promptly.
