Job summary

Boxabl, the Las Vegas-based housing technology company, seeks an Inside Sales Associate to drive a high-volume lead pipeline from its Las Vegas facility. You will engage 80–120+ prospects daily via calls, texts, and emails to identify ready buyers for the Senior Home Advisor team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales or lead generation role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to handle a high volume of leads.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, phone systems, email sequences, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Make 80–120+ outbound calls to engage prospects and convert to qualified leads.
• Qualify leads using standardized frameworks and document conversations in CRM.
• Take inbound calls, qualify and convert to appointments and support scheduling.
• Assist Senior Home Advisors and front desk to ensure coverage.
