Job summary

BOXABL is hiring a Home Advisor - Inside Sales to join our North Las Vegas, NV team. This full-time, on-site role offers first-year OTE of $45,000–$65,000+ and a base pay of $19/hour. You will engage homeowners, manage inbound/outbound activity, and advance through a clear career path as the company expands.

Ideal candidates will be coachable, competitive, and energized by a fast-moving environment, with opportunities to grow into a closing role over time.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and ask qualifying questions.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and able to meet activity/conversion targets.
• Coachable and able to apply feedback quickly.
• Organized and able to manage high-volume leads and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective homeowners through inbound and outbound sales activity.
• Make 80–120+ outbound calls per day while managing inbound opportunities.
• Conduct discovery to understand location, land, budget, timeline, goals, and motivation.
• Qualify opportunities and convert them into scheduled appointments.
• Build rapport, answer product questions, and explain next steps in the process.
• Maintain consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email; keep CRM notes.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective homeowners through inbound and outbound sales activity
• Make approximately 80-120+ outbound calls per day while managing inbound opportunities and follow-up
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand each prospect's location, land situation, budget, timeline, project goals, and motivation
• Qualify strong opportunities and convert them into scheduled appointments with Senior Home Advisors
• Build rapport quickly, answer initial product questions, and help prospects understand the next step in the BOXABL sales process
• Maintain consistent follow-up through phone, text, and email
• Keep accurate customer notes, dispositions, and activity in the CRM
• Work closely with Senior Home Advisors and sales leadership to improve appointment conversion and overall sales performance

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, lead generation, business development, appointment setting, or another customer-facing role preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday on the phone
• Ability to build rapport quickly and ask effective qualifying questions
• Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward activity and conversion targets
• Coachable and able to apply feedback quickly
• Organized and capable of managing a high volume of leads and follow-up activity
• Comfortable using CRM software, phone systems, email, SMS, scheduling tools, and other sales technology
• Interest in housing, real estate, construction, manufacturing, or emerging technology is a plus

Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position in North Las Vegas, Nevada.

Our sales team operates across multiple schedules to support customer demand. Candidates should have flexibility to work an assigned schedule that may include evening or weekend shifts.
