ProPivotal in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced E-commerce Inside Sales Associate to join our fast-growing sales team. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage prospective clients and help shape sales strategies.

This role offers a base pay of $20 per hour plus commissions, with total compensation between $42k and $60k per year. You will collaborate with internal teams and use Salesforce to track activities and drive results.

Qualificações

• 3 years inside sales with hi-volume cold calls.
• Proven track record of closing new business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to engage prospective clients.
• Continuously test and improve sales pitches, strategies, and approaches.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide actionable feedback to refine sales tactics and improve team outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales processes and improve customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
